This project expands the existing depot with new office accommodation, workshop facilities and supporting infrastructure, consolidating day-to-day operations into a more efficient and cohesive workplace. The design introduces a 427sqm office addition, new shed structures and reconfigured parking, all carefully integrated with the existing depot layout.

Working within the parameters of the endorsed Site Management Plan, the proposal respects the broader environmental and planning context while delivering functional, durable spaces for essential services.
A pragmatic and robust response for a critical piece of public infrastructure.
