Andrew Murray

Andrew is a founding Director of Moull Murray and the practice’s principal design leader. He brings extensive international experience in the design and delivery of complex commercial, retail, residential and mixed-use developments, with particular expertise in large-scale projects requiring strong conceptual thinking, detailed coordination and disciplined project leadership.
At Moull Murray, Andrew oversees the design direction of major commissions and remains closely involved from the earliest concept stages through documentation and construction. His work includes Altus Apartments, Monarch Tower, Cockburn Central Living Apartments, Mountain Highway Apartments, Harston Residence and Life.lab live/work apartments.
Andrew’s approach combines ambitious architectural ideas with a clear understanding of construction, commercial requirements and project delivery. He is skilled at resolving complex briefs, coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams and maintaining design quality throughout each stage of a project.
Before establishing Moull Murray, Andrew was a partner at Johnson Murray in South Africa, where he led a number of significant and technically demanding projects. He was the principal architect, lead designer and project manager for the Gateway Theatre of Shopping, a 120,000-square-metre regional shopping centre and the largest retail development in South Africa at the time. He was also one of two design leaders for the award-winning Durban International Convention Centre.
Andrew is recognised for his design judgement, strategic thinking and ability to guide large projects with clarity and confidence. His leadership has been central to the development of Moull Murray’s design culture and its reputation for delivering considered, technically resolved and enduring architecture.

Craig Webster

Craig is a Director of Moull Murray and has been an integral part of the practice since joining in 2004. A registered architect in Victoria since 2008, he brings more than 22 years of experience across architectural design, project leadership, documentation and construction delivery.
Craig has led a diverse portfolio of residential, multi-residential, social housing, healthcare, commercial and community projects. His work includes the Mornington Peninsula Eye Clinic, Warriston Apartments, Little Saigon Retirement Living, Bowman Street House and McDowell Street Housing, together with key roles on major developments including Altus Apartments, Monarch Tower, Cockburn Central Living and Life.lab live/work apartments.
Working closely with clients, consultants, builders and approval authorities, Craig is skilled at guiding complex projects from early feasibility and concept design through planning, documentation and construction. He combines a strong design focus with detailed technical knowledge, practical problem-solving and a clear understanding of project cost, risk and delivery.
Craig is particularly recognised for his direct communication, attention to detail and ability to translate complex requirements into clear, buildable architectural outcomes. As a Director, he remains closely involved throughout each project, providing clients with consistent leadership, informed advice and a strong level of personal accountability.
His approach is collaborative, pragmatic and client-focused, with an emphasis on creating enduring buildings that are carefully resolved, commercially responsible and responsive to the people who use them.
