The Fore takes the lead in the transformation of Charman Rd with a design that challenges traditional expectations about retail strip design.



Always human in scale with the existing storefront of the `old strip retained, this considered design brings together modern design elements in a tactile mix of timber, glass and glazed bricks that livens the senses
and invites inspection.

Oriented to maximise north sun and designed to minimise environmental intrusion, each apartment is fronted by a privately screened balcony and each benefits from inwardly-lit, outwardly-focused living.

Designed around a central lightwell with garaging below, secure bicycle storage within, and all the transport and street-life of the Charman Rd strip at the door, The Fore is alive with the promise of possibility.
