This project was an opportunity to create a model for the future development of Cockburn Town Centre in terms of quality of place, architecture and sustainability that could provide the basis for the creation of a healthy social community.

Underpinning our proposal was a belief in the importance of vibrant, accessible public spaces, together with safe and interesting streetscapes. Our view is that urban design, the most public of art forms, would provide the canvas for the creation of meaningful architecture.
